COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) is a combination of Brimonidine 0.2% (Alphagan) and Timolol 0.5% (Timoptic). COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) is used to treat glaucoma. TO USE COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%): first, wash your hands. Tilt your head back and with your index finger, pull the lower eyelid away from the eye to form a pouch. Drop the COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) into the pouch and gently close your eyes. Immediately use your finger to apply pressure to the inside corner of the eye (unless you recently had eye surgery) and continue to apply pressure for 1 or 2 minutes after using COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%). Do not blink and keep your eyes closed for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove excess COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) around your eye with a clean tissue, being careful not to touch your eye. Wash your hands to remove any COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) that may be on them. TO PREVENT GERMS from entering your COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%), do not touch the applicator tip to any surface including your eye. Keep the container of COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) tightly closed. STORE COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) at room temperature, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%), use COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose of COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%), skip the missed dose of COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses of COMBIGAN (Brimonidine 0.2% & Timolol 0.5%) at once.

COMBIGAN side effects that may occur include dry mouth; headache; itching, burning, stinging, redness, or dryness of the eye; blurred vision; feeling of something in the eye; or drowsiness. If COMBIGAN side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience COMBIGAN side effects like dizziness, stomach discomfort, eyelid crusting, anxiety, palpitations, sensitivity to light, nasal dryness.
