1. Is a prescription required?
Yes. Like your local pharmacy, you must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live or sought treatment. Over-the-counter products are clearly marked "OTC"; and do not require a prescription.
2. Are the prices listed in US dollars or CAN dollars?
All prices appearing on our website are in United States dollars.
3. How can I order from CANDrug.com?
We offer convenient ways for our customers to order from us; online, email, by phone, or by fax or mail. Please click How to Order for complete ordering instructions.
4. Do you ship to Canada or other international countries?
Yes, we will ship to Canada and most countries in the world. Please call our Customer Service at 1.877.303.3784 regarding international shipping.
5. How much is the shipping charge?
Our shipping charge is a single flat rate of $14.00 for your entire order regardless the number of products you order.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time from Canada can take from 1 – 3 weeks across the Continental US and Canada 4 - 5 weeks for international orders.
7. Can I get refills on my prescription?
Yes, you can get your prescription refilled online with the "refill option", by email, mail or on the phone by calling our Customer Service at 1.877.303.3784.
8. How can I pay for my order?
CANDrug accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards, personal checks and international money orders. If you pay by personal check or money order, please make your cheque payable to CanDrug.
Please Note: We DO NOT ACCEPT money orders that are US only and state "Negotiable only in the US."

10. Is there a limit on how much medication I can order at one time?
You may order a three month supply of your medication as per your prescription.
11. Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any type of insurance.
12. Can I order my pet's medication?
Yes, you may order your pet's medication with a valid prescription from your Vet.
