3. Fill in the Patient Profile Information Forms
4. Click Submit when your profile is complete
5. Click Checkout
6. If your order is correct click Place Order Button
7. You will receive an Order ID Number with a confirmation Email
8. Fax in your prescription(s) to the fax number 1-866-364-9985 , write your Order ID Number on the fax so we can identify it with your web account.

Once your order is processed the medication will be delivered to your door within 10 days.
