It is not recommended to cut Lopressor SR (TOPROL XL) tablet (i.e Lopressor SR (TOPROL XL) is not scored - Lopressor SR (TOPROL XL) IS RECOMMENDED TO TAKE WHOLE. TAKE Lopressor SR (TOPROL XL) with food or milk.
