Clarinex (Desloratidine/Aerius) allergy medication is an antihistamine used to treat the symptoms of hay fever and other allergic conditions such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes, and sneezing. Clarinex (Desloratidine/Aerius) may also be used to treat hives. Clarinex (Desloratidine/Aerius) may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor
Clarinex side effects,that may go away during CLARINEX treatment, include throat inflammation, muscle pain, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, indigestion, or dry mouth. If Clarinex side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY if you experience Clarinex side effects like a rapid or pounding heartbeat. Desloratidine does not usually cause drowsiness when used at recommended doses and under normal circumstances. However, be sure of the Clarinex side effects before engaging in activities that require alertness such as driving or using machinery. AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THIS MEDICINE IS UNLIKELY, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of Clarinex side effects include rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
